10/4/2012	Water in creek was tested but no indication of manure. It had been 5 days since the weekend rain. Mr. Freidrickson has drawings made by ProAg to make total containment SOFEB this summer. He is waiting to hear back from Lundel Construction as to when they can start digging. Fredco may go over 1000 head and if so will claim no discharge.
