5/28/2014	The following adresses the main points of this complaint: MMP field "Crile" SW 9, Lockridge Township Jefferson Co. According to Jacob this field was purchased approximately 2 yrs ago by his father who also farms it. There is a maure agreement in Jacob's plan for this field and it is considered by Joe Nelson to no longer be part of his plan. I reccomended that Mr. Nelson make note in his on site plan of this. Mr. Nelson's plan has adequate acres without this field. MMP's are allowed to change as needed as long as changes are made to the on site plan and these changes are reflected in the annual update and more so in the new plan required every 4 years. Separation distance to Jacob's dad's house. Jacob is required to submit a waiver of this distance to our office as well as Jefferson Co. asap. Field maps and CRP ground. Actual field maps are not a requirement of an unpermitted application. Therefore acres indicated on the application summary pages are assumed to be actual acres. Jacob also said that they do not intend to apply manure to CRP ground and that most of the CRP in the maps provided has been taken out as these are old aerial maps.	BERT NOLL
