11/2/2022	As I approached the property along Highway 16, I could see a large amount of white smoke generating from the Sedore property. I met with Troy Sedore, and we discussed the complaint. He told me to go see for myself what is burning. I observed several hay bales that were in flames, many weeds and some small tree pieces. Tro told me that he has purchased a mobile home and delivered it to his property where he will now being living. His son lives in part of the building which includes his garbage hauling business. He decided to burn the old hay bales that were part of the mobile home, used as insulation in the winter months. The bales were old and not effective, so he decided to burn that and several other piles of landscape waste from the property. I explained that burning where he has a business is not benefical since folks will be likely to file complaints and we will have to investigate. I explained that composting landscape waste would better serve his efforts.	RYAN STOUDER
