12/19/2024	In 2023, a warrant was served on Sedore Sanitation/Sedore Inc, as we believed Troy has continued to operate a transfer station without a DNR issued permit. Sedore has trash dumpsters located in communities in Davis and Van Buren Counties which are serviced by trash compacting trucks, which are dumped in Troy's building on HWY 16, waste reloaded into large dumpsters and hauled to GRRWA for disposal. This matter was referred to DNR Legal however 3 different attorney have worked this case and although we're working on it, an order is still in the works.	KURT LEVETZOW
10/29/2019	On October 28, 2019, I observed and documented a 4 door white crew cab pickup pulling a black tandem axle goose-neck dump trailer into Sedore's property on HWY 16. The driver pulled onto the weigh scale, stopped and weighed, drove off the scale and back into the formerly permitted transfer station building, dumped the waste in the trailer onto the floor of the building, drove out and weighed again prior to driving away. All of this was captured on video. I then proceeded to Sedore's property, observed and documented the waste on the floor of the building, then went inside and asked for Troy. Troy was not there so I spoke to his secretary. I explained the facility is not permitted to operate as a permitted transfer station (as defined in 567 IAC 106).	KURT LEVETZOW
