11/21/2016	It should be noted, 4 of the picts in the attached document were submitted to this office by a complainant....they are the ones that aren't date stamped.	KURT LEVETZOW
11/21/2016	Jim Kacer of DNR FO6 and I investigated the complaint. We observed the transfer station building being used for dumping and sorting of recyclables/waste, solid waste had been dumped outside, and some of the dumped solid waste was burned under the guise of recreational fire. The scrap metal operation has expanded and still there is no stormwater permit issued for the facility. Mr. Sedore was asked to provide asbestos testing results from the asphalt shingles he placed in several locations around his building for base, he said he had them, he asked his secretary to get me copies, she couldn't find them, I asked her to find them and email them to me, and as of 11/21/16 I've still not received them.
