8/17/2016	Two complaints: One...take all trash collected in different planning areas to one landfill. Its up to the landfill accepting the waste to ensure the waste was generated from their planning area......the FO's can't go around trailing garbage haulers. Regarding the CRT glass issue, Sedore Sanitation had his CRT registration revoked so Troy shouldn't be collecting CRT's, let alone large amounts of CRTs. It's possible that a dumpster he emptied into a packer truck contained a CRT or two. Since there's a current Attorney General's office enforcement case taking place right now, i'll not go investigate this complaint onsite.	KURT LEVETZOW
