8/1/2014	Called and spoke with Scott Cline, Jeff County Engineer about the complaint. He said the county is going to grade the road in front of Ms. Andersen's property Monday morning, just prior to Whaley's applying dust control. I then called and had to leave a voice message for Dave E. I informed him that i'd be sending a letter of the fugitive dust regulations and welcomed him to call me back if he has questions.
