4/1/2016	Visited the site following a rain event. Runoff from the south open lot pen flows through a portion of pasture grass and into the ravine. There was water flowing through the ravine which disperses into another pasture. No manure is reaching the river. Recommended to the landowners to scrape this pen as frequently as possible.
