12/22/2015	5/30/14 to 6/4/14, I had several phone conversations with Crystal. She is happy that problem was fixed and Reicks should be more careful in the future.	TOM MCCARTHY
5/20/2014	On 05/19/14, I phoned Mark Kipp of Reick's View. Mark agreed to look at site and take care of any problem. On 05/20/14, via phone, Mark explained the manure was injected with a hose system and some manure was placed on top of the ground when the tractor was turning around. Mark explained a soil finisher went over ground on 05/18/14. Mark stated in the future, applicators will watch the manure application while turning around.	TOM MCCARTHY
