12/14/2017	On December 6, 2017, I spoke with Steve Olney, Asst City Engineer after he called our office to discuss the matter. After we discussed the options for the oil/water separator discharge it was still unknown how the City would proceed and if they would allow a direct discharge. On December 11th, I stopped at Canadian Pacific's office and was provided Chad Livingston's phone number. He was overseeing the environmental issues with this project for Canadian Pacific. I left a message for him to contact me and that they would be required to have an NPDES permit to discharge to the storm sewer. On December 14th I emailed Steve Olney to see if the City had determined how they plan to proceed. Steve emailed back stating that CP will connect to the sanitary sewer. No further action required.
