10/9/2018	Drove down McKinley Street near the McKinley Street Tavern and the "SawMill Museum" along the Miss Riverfront. I found one pile consisting of maybe 100-200 used RR ties stockpiled. Later that same day, without talking to or hearing from the complainant since I emailed him on 9/19/18, he emailed me photos of 1-2 similarly sized piles, near his residence, up closer to Eagle Point Park. I told him i'd have to check back into it, next time iam in Clinton.	KURT LEVETZOW
