8/24/2021	I visited the site and conducted a full onsite inspection. At the time of my visit, a manure stockpile was burning and had been for approximately 2 weeks but I did not see any evidence of old manure stockpiles. I spoke with Jacob about options to extinguish the burning / smoldering stockpile and he said he would try to spread it out and spray it if needed. No immediate concerns were noted.	DON CUNNINGHAM
