4/27/2015	The manure in this case is covered by IDALS and DNR does not regulate odors. With that in mind, I called Fremont Farms and spoke with Travis Slusher. He expressed a willingness to visit the location in question and investigate. Normally the facility incorporates the manure, so he was going to inquire why that was not done in this case and have any remaining manure incorporated.	BRYAN BUNTON
