12/1/2009	11/30/09 I visited location of piled manure-confirmed it was poultry manure. Pile located across the road and west of Brighty residence ~300 from away. Surface tile inlet in field located north ~300 feet away. 12/1/09 I contacted Joe Fuller, he stated manure was from the layer facility and will be land applied by Axmear. He stated that it will be taken care of the next few days and incorporated into the soil. The material is handled as 200a and must meet the Dept. of Ag. requirements.	TED PETERSEN
