7/3/2019	Don Cunningham and I visited this facility and observed no discharge was taking place. I called Darwin since he was not present. He stated that he was overflowing on June 29 due to the 5.5 inch rainfall, his cattle were wading in manure up to their neck. He pumped over the berm until it stopped overflowing, about 8 hrs, with 6 inch hose. He was not aware he was required to call in the overflow/discharge.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
