12/7/2018	I conducted a landill visit and focused on the items in the complaint. The report is attached. Wastewater from the Poweshiek Co, Transfer Station must not be disposed of at this landfill without a rules variance. SCISWA needs to come up with an alternate plan. Daily cover needs improvement. Litter control appears adequate.	BILL GROSS
