8/5/2020	I contacted Farm Nutrients and spoke with Ken Smith by phone on 07/31/20. He reviewed their data and confirmed that the manure stockpiled at this location came from the Hawkeye Pride facility in Corwith and was brokered under the 200A program. As this is the jurisdiction of IDALS, the complaint was referred to them; however, Ken indicated that they would send a crew to look at the location and confirm that the necessary separation distances were met (residence, creek, wells, etc.). If needed, they will move the pile to comply with the IDALS separation distances.	SHEILA KENNY
