6/28/2019	David Knoll and I met with Cody Lucero in regards to the fugitive dust complaint. Cody said he was aware of the incident and it was identified that an employee was performing a cleaning task out of procedure. Cody said retraining had occurred for employees and supervisors. We discussed fugitive dust regulations and best management practices. A report of investigation was sent to the facility.	KAYLA BECK
