5/8/2015	Investigated complaint with Bert Noll also with FO6 (Bert was assigned a site visit as well). We spoke with Jerry Gunnell, site manager, and addressed each aspect fo the complaint: The main compost turner was down and plans to be running in the next few days. The facility has been turining with loaders. Compost rows observed appeared to be turned effectively. Screened final compost was observed stored off pad and the proper approval has been given by the Department. This is temporary and will be moved off site once conditions allow and customers can accept compost. Potential storm water issues with off-pad storage were discussed. Floor drain is an underdrain system where oil will float to the top and the drain will discharge the wastwewater portion to the on-site wastewater lagoon, where leachate is stored for land application. Any oil or sheen is pumped to oil containers in the building and used oil is periodically hauled off site by a contractor. No violations determined.	BRIAN LEE
