6/20/2014	Met with Doug Jansen at facility on June 19th at 10:15 AM. I and Ryan Stouder toured the grounds and inspected the lagoons. The lagoons had a lot of freeboard in case a big rain event were to take place. The smell was very strong. The site looked well managed at the time i was there.	JEFFREY THOMANN
