12/14/2012	Mr. Allgood has contacted this office several times in the past to complain about odors from Chamness. I informed Allgood we do not have odor regulations. He insisted we weren't doing our jobs. I tride to explain you can't regulate something if you have no rules for it and asked if there were other issues. He again complaint about the odors and then called me a few names and hug up. I called Chamness and spoke with Hope Weinmeister to see what was going on at the facility today. She stated they were turning their compsot piles but winds were only at 1 mph. I stated very cold and air is heavy so odors are probably staying close to ground which probably explains the odors Mr. Allgood is getting. NFA	TERRY JONES
