2/4/2011	Received complaint via voice mail message. Winds were out of the SE on Jan. 16/17 which is the right direction to blow over complainant's house. Had a complaince meeting with Chamness personnel on 1-21-2011 and informed them that we had received an odor complaint. Depatment is continuing to work with Chamness on permit renewal issues including odor control.	PAUL BRANDT
