11/30/2010	Called facility on 11-10-10 and spoke with manager, Dennis Simmons. He reported they were still turning compost after 4:00 and he believes that is the source of the odor. He said he will watch wind direction today and if from SE will quit turning about 2:00. They are also pulling sludge out of the west lagoon which is probably a factor.	PAUL BRANDT
