11/12/2010	Called facility to discuss complaint. Complaint call came in via voice mail on Friday evening. I called facility on Monday. They had been land applying to a field to the west, but that was injection, so shouldn't smell. The E/W lagoons are pumped down to the sludge layer.	PAUL BRANDT
