4/7/2010	At the time of this complaint, we had been working on a draft administrative order for Chamness. As of this update (4-7-2010) the order has been prepared but has not been signed yet, due to setting up an account for the SEP payment. The order deals mainly with wastewater issues but does require Chamness to follow all rules and permits pertaining to the facility.	PAUL BRANDT
