12/9/2021	One November 17, 2021 I arrived to the site to investigate a complaint of Palestine Creek's water quality being impacted from activities at Chamness. Upon looking around the creek was slightly discolored and a water sample was collected upstream and downstream of Chamness. I also looked at the status of the Leachate lagoons and all three did not have the needed two feet of free board. A NOV letter was sent to Chamness and can be seen attached. The lab results are also attached bellow from the water samples taken on November 17, 2021.	ANTHONY KERKER
