8/7/2020	Investigated on 7/23/20 as part of FO6's now weekly visit regiment to document progress at getting the site into compliance. I met with Richard Swan. Drainage had been improved as they've started letting water loose from some of the interior reservoirs and draining it into the east and west lagoon, they're moving cured by unscreened compost off the pad to the staging area east of the east lagoon, they're pushing the old log/wood pile back and building a windrow. The have three additional pieces of equipment now (front end loaders, a dozer and another trackhoe). Working on getting screen operational.	KURT LEVETZOW
