6/11/2020	(For complaint 28361 as well) I visited site and observed conditions with Scott Amendt (Sales Manager) and Richard Swan (Site Manager), both with Chamness. Only minor smoke being generated was minor and no flame was observed. No windrows observed and compost stored off the pad. Leachate discharges off the pad continue to be an issue.	BRIAN LEE
