12/27/2018	Contacted Chamness and spoke with owner Gary Chamness regarding the complaint. He stated they are not land applying waste and have not land applied in roughly a week. Hoses may still be laid out and perhaps the complainant seen hoses and assumed they were applying. He added that he thought the last application was in a different area and that would have been done with a honey wagon and incorporation. They have not used the irrigation system in a while.
