8/31/2020	In a letter dated 8/18/20, Laura Palmer reported that they will no longer use the incinerator as they have an outlet for the pallets.	BILL GROSS
8/18/2020	8/15/20 - Laura Palmer called and said she would be sending a letter stating that the incinerator is being dismantled. This may not be completed by September 1st, however.	BILL GROSS
7/21/2020	I found dark gray smoke (~30% opacity) emanating from metal tank which sits over 20 feet tall. Smoke was coming from an unsealed door on the side and from a small exhaust port on the top. In discussing the matter with Mr. Palmer, I learned that this former 10,000-gallon storage tank was installed and began use as an incinerator for the past month or so. He indicated that he burns mainly wood pallets, though a small amount of plastic wrapping left on some pallets may also get burned. He said that he could fully incinerate three to four dozen pallets in 15-30 minutes. I explained permitting regulations to him. See the attached letter with photos.	BILL GROSS
