9/14/2017	Dan Weber and I met with Brandi at the landfill. The facility's trash baler was broke down for 1 week. During the timeframe, the facility had to haul un-baled trash to the working face. I reminded her that the facility is still required to meet the daily cover requirements listed in 567 IAC 113.8. I did not document any violations during my visit. I sent a follow up email with the daily cover requirements listed in 113.8.	RYAN YOUNG
