4/8/2024	Complaint was investigated shortly after receiving it. Jeff Riser, facility manager, explained torch cutting of metal shafts had resulted in excessive smoke and a small fire that was immediately extinguished. It was determined the shafts (from windmills) contained a chrome alloy that caused the issue. The facility had stopped the torch cutting of those parts and stated they will not resume it. The activity was briefly demonstrated to show the resulting smoke. Due to the quick action to discontinue the torching and no evidence of a violation during the visit, no further action will be taken.	DAVID KNOLL
