7/22/2019	Behr facilities have been bought out by Alter Metal Recycling. I arrived at the site at 0845 hours on 7/22/19. I spoke with Jeff Riser the Site Manager and Jason Woods the Regional Director of Operations. I informed them of the complaint and I asked if there was a burn pile anywhere. Mr. Riser indicated there was not and I asked if I could look around the area and he agreed. Mr. Riser, Mr. Woods and I walked around the area. I did not observe any rules being violated nor a burn pile. See attached imaged. No further action is required. RG	RACHEL GLAZA
