6/7/2022	I investigated the complaint and found the wind blown litter to be picked up from the surrounding properties, including along the creek. Pictures were taken. However, the east portion of the landfill that hasn't received waste since February is not adequately covered- much exposed solid waste. Mr. Ohlenkamp stated he is low on staff and cannot keep up. He has until August 2, 2022, to get it adequately covered along with a plan of action to reduce wind blown litter problem.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
