9/17/2014	9/17/14 - talked with Adam about the compliant and he indicated that he has a composting pile on the east side of the tin building for the deads. They use corn stalk and some old open lot manure (closed down the open lots) as cover material. He said that he did have a few deads out side his building this past weekend and he didn't get them into the compost pile for 48 hours. Said they need to be put into the pile within 24 hours or reasonable time. Went over the compost rules (exempt from permit) and it sounded like they were meeting everything. Stated he needs to get the dead into the pile as soon as possible and keep them covered at all times and that there is no ponding or run-off.	JEFF THEOBALD
