10/16/2014	Investigation conducted on 10/15/14. Did not document a violation of the Fugitive Dust Regulation due to recent rain. However, did recommend that dust control be applied as necessary to control dust. Also recommended that drop socks be used on the truck loadout spouts when loading out grain.	GLENN CARPER
