2/3/2023	There were no beeswings observed on the complainant's property. There was minor accumulation of beeswings on the shoulders of the road leading from Viafield for a short distance, but this was not considered a nuisance condition. The facility grounds did have significant amounts of beeswings on their property, but this was not a violation of the fugitive dust rule. I visited with the complainant's husband (Travis) after visiting with the facility staff and explained my observations. Travis stated the dust had been more evident before the recent snow and that dust from the facility has been getting worse the past couple years not better. I explained I would be recommending the facility install additional controls such as socks on their loadouts, but I had not observed any dust on their property or a violation of the fugitive dust rule at this time.
