6/21/2021	I visited the location and observed puddles of reddish brown runoff and small amounts of foam. The runoff flowed south into Mr. Zieman's driveway and yard. It did not reach the river and no tile intakes were observed in the vicinity. I got in touch with Brad Crider with Farmers Coop and he reported that the did apply some lignin sulfonate on Tuesday or Wednesday for dust control. The puddles are consistent with that product, which is non-toxic. No violations were noted.	SHEILA BLY
