11/12/2015	I observed the manure storage area owned by Kenneth Diemer and operated by son, Dale Diemer. Manure had been removed from the site and land applied at the time of my visit. No runoff from the site was observed and it appeared to meet the DNR manure stockpile regulations. I provided the regulations and my contact information to Mrs. Dale Diemer and I spoke to Kenneth Diemer by phone. No violation was observed.	RICK MARTENS
