I observed chucks of concrete in the bank at various location on Maple Creek in Section 28, T-90-N and R-39-W, Diamond Township, Cherokee County, IA. Observed concrete chunks placed on the bank at various place along the Maple Creek. See attached letter requiring Mr. Vohs to get authorization from the DNR.	BRYON WHITING
