6/18/2017	Investigated 4/24/17. Observed fields & application records. Fields had been injected at rates ranging from 4,000 to 12,000 gpa using an umbilical applicator with Dietrich knives. While water was pooled from recent rainfall, I was not able to document any evidence of surface application or pooling of manure. Field tests of pooled water in the field indicated zero or near-zero ammonia.	DAN OLSON
