1/9/2012	On 12/27/11, I met with Rick Reiter. I noted no evidence of heavy manure application. Rick stated the MMP was being followed. The wetland drainage did not involve a designated wetland and it was handled by the COE and NRCS. No violations were noted and no further work is needed.	TOM MCCARTHY
