7/11/2018	Met with Kim and son, Eric. Stockpile is legal and not very large. No violations there. He does compost at home in field but had a few animals not completely covered. Must cover completely. He reported they always clean up the road. He had made some changes in the last year and showed me those. Added a concrete lagoon structure so everything must settle twice before it runs through a pump. Then is pumped over two terraces using gated pipe. Has used three times this year. 650 head today.
