8/16/2016	I called Mike Enabnit and asked him about this situation. He told me that the rendering company was having problems coming on time to pick up dead carcasses from his several facilities. He decided to move the rendering box away from his finishing facility to prevent disease. Yesterday the rendering truck finally came and he was able to get rid of all the carcasses and clean up the site. The rendering box is now back at the finisher. I asked Mike to call IDALS or DNR sooner next time this happens. No further action required.	ADAM SHAFFER
