8/25/2015	I went to the site to conduct an inspection on August 20, 2015. During the course of this inspection, Mr. Koenen and I visited the area of concern cited in the complaint. I did not observe any evidence that solid manure had reached this area at any time. The area in question is a lowland area but is not a water source. This complaint is considered closed.	DON CUNNINGHAM
1/22/2015	I spoke with Greg regarding the implications of discharging comtaminated runoff into the area described in the complaint. I will be following up with this complaint in the spring when runoff is occurring to get a better look at what is happening.	DON CUNNINGHAM
