10/29/2015	Site visit on 8/18/2015. I told Rick that I had a report from the deputy that he was pumping to the road ditch then to the creek. Rick Plendl said was not pumping to the road ditch, but was pumping to the southeast to the top of the hill in an attempt to dewater the settling basin as it was overflowing to the road ditch. I observed the settling basin overflowing, did not observe evidence that Mr. Plendl pumped to the road ditch. Laboratory samples taken. Rick said 970 head of cattle. Medium CAFO.	BRANDON MINER
