7/14/2016	Visited facility on 7/15/2016. Runoff from feed storage area was pooled in the Indian Avenue road ditch to the south of the facility. Appeared likely that runoff had reached the grassed waterway to the east of Indian Avenue. Grassed waterway is connected to a tributary that begins approximately 1/2 mile to the east of Indian Avenue. No evidence observed that runoff had reached tributary. I did not observe any tile intakes in the road ditch. Appeared that rainfall this spring had overwhelmed the collection pit for feed storage area runoff - runoff flows to the southeast corner of the feed storage area into an intake that flows to the flume in the south confinement building. I told Mr. Vant Hul that better containment was needed. He said that he would build up the dirt berm to the south and east of the collection pit so that runoff would not flows to the road ditch during heavy rainfall, and that he would do so yet this week. I told Mark that I would stop by and have a look at it when in the area again.	BRANDON MINER
