5/19/2014	I have required water use records for this facility for the next 4 months. I explained this to Mr. Hartman and will contact him with the results. He wants them to flood the lagoons with clean rural water to take the sulfur smell go away. I explained that this cant be required of the facility and we have no odor regulations. He asked for the owner and manager contact information. Hopefully with a few months of correct operation this site will have less offensive odor to Mr. Hartman.	CINDY MARTENS
