5/15/2018	I contacted Doug Steele, texted him photographs of the road, and requested that it be scraped up. I contacted Cass County Secondary Roads and informed them of the public safety issue. Cass County informed me that they will scrape the road themselves, and bill Mr. Steele for the work. Visited later in the day and confirmed that the mud/manure was scraped off of the black top.
