2/17/2011	I visited the Ryder feedlot and met with a hired hand (Mr. Ryder was away). He explained that snow removal was recently conducted after the lots were cleaned. Some manure was in the snow. I examined the snow which is on the Ryder property and noted that most of the pile was snow. No manure runoff is expected. No violation observed. I contacted Mr. Mr. Karney by phone and provided him the results.	RICK MARTENS
